We often start by making a mock-up website for you to approve. In fact, after  our initial discussing of your needs and the website you want, we will often make several prototypes. 

 

Once you see a prototype, you can usually give us better feedback.  You like a little of this and a little of that.  Pretty soon, we know exactly what you want.

 

Another person we appreciate is someone that has gone online and found a website they like.  This is usually not in their line of business at all.  It happens to have the colors and lines they like.  By finding a website like this, we have eliminated a lot of the 20 questions necessary to get to the website you want.
